At Om Living Volos, we offer comfortable self-catering apartments designed to provide independence, privacy, and a relaxing stay.

The Private Ground Floor Apartment (29.79 m²) is located on the ground floor at the back side of the property, offering a quieter and more private atmosphere. It is an ideal choice for couples or small families looking for a comfortable and practical stay.

The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed.

Capacity: Up to 3 guests.

For maximum comfort, we recommend the apartment for 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 young child, as the living room space becomes more limited when the sofa bed is opened.

Natural light is provided through a window in the bedroom. The apartment does not have a private balcony or dedicated outdoor seating area; however, guests have direct access to the property’s shared garden and yard, where tables and chairs are available for relaxing outdoors.

The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare meals independently, while the modern bathroom features a luxury-style shower and WC.

For your comfort, the apartment also includes: two air conditioning units (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) and two 43" Smart TVs (one in each room).

Our apartments offer more space and privacy than a typical hotel room, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable and independent stay.

While the units are self-catered, we provide daily cleaning, local tips, information on services and activities, as well as an emergency contact line.
